- Swedish HP Power to get funding from China Power Int'l for wind prototype. "We will have a finalised plan for the prototype ready by Q2 2013 and then we will start to build it. China Power International will buy this and put it into operation. They are not buying the technology, just the actual prototype," says Bertil Moritz, co-owner and CEO of HM Power, as  the Swedish technology company has been working on a concept for floating foundations for wind power for five years.
